This policy explains how RussTech LLC ("RussTech," "we") handles information collected through russtechbiz.com.

What we collect

When you submit our consult or inquiry form, we collect what you enter, such as your name, business name, phone number, email, business details, preferred days and times to talk, and any files you upload (like a logo or photos). Our chat helper runs in your browser and does not store or send what you type.

How we use it

Only to respond to your request, prepare your free preview, and discuss our services. We do not sell your information.

Texts and email

We text you only if you check the optional text-message consent box on our forms (texting is not active yet), and you can reply STOP at any time. You can unsubscribe from email at any time.

Analytics and cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across sites. If you click "Accept" on our cookie notice, we also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to help us understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type). Google Analytics does not load if you click "Decline." You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser. Service providers

Our site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Form submissions are checked for spam with a hidden spam-trap field and, where enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile, and sent to us by email through Resend. These providers process data only to provide their services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond and serve you, and delete it on request.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
